DONNA'S BUTTERMILK CHICKEN 
1 cut-up chicken
Buttermilk
butter
Flour
Sal t
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Marinate pieces of chicken in buttermilk 1/2 hour. Discard buttermilk (pour it in your garden). Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking dish in oven set at 350 degrees. Coat pieces of chicken with flour, salt and pepper and place on melted butter in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn chicken and add 1 can cream of mushroom soup blended with 1/2 can buttermilk. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
