BELGIUM CREAMED POTATOES 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced leeks (wash well)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix potatoes, leeks and salt in casserole dish. Pour cream over top, dot with butter. Bake covered for 1 hour in 350 oven. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top, bake 3 minutes longer.
