1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream

Blend everything except whipping cream. Cook on medium heat until thickens. Cool, mix in whipping cream.
