EGG NOODLES OR DUMPLINGS 
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Whip or mix. Add flour until very stiff.

USES: Add droppings to soups or stews and let cook, covered, until done.

NOODLES: Add full amount of flour.

DUMPLINGS: Add less flour and roll before putting in soups, etc.
