DILLED BEAN PICKLES | |
2 lb. sm. green beans 1 tsp. red pepper 4 cloves garlic 4 lg. heads dill 2 c. water 1/4 c. salt 1 pt. vinegar Pack whole cleaned beans in hot sterilized jars. To each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head dill. Heat water, salt, and vinegar to boil. Pour over beans. Seal at once. Makes 4 pints. |
