TOSTADO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In skillet, brown ground beef. Add 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce and the taco seasoning, stirring to mix well. Line bottom of 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 baking dish with 2 cups corn chips; crush remaining chips and set aside. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips in baking dish. Combine remaining tomato sauce and beans and spread over the meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until mixture is heated through about 25 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and crushed corn chips over the casserole. Continue to bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
