LAYERED FUDGE 
Prepare 2 (8 inch) loaf dishes by lining with wax paper. Prepare Real Chocolate Fudge and divide between the 2 dishes. Let sit in refrigerator while preparing Real Peanut Butter Fudge. Divide evenly over chocolate fudge. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. (Wiping knife with damp cloth between cuts best shows layered effect.)

For easier handling, use 14x12 inch strip of wax paper folded in half. Put under lining to lift out candy for easier cutting.
