KEY LIME PIE 
1 (9" or 10") baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
6 egg yolks
2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) bottle ReaLime lime juice
Yellow or green food coloring (optional)
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk. Stir in lime juice and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 12 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
