STIR FRY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1/2 to 1 lb. boned chicken
1 lb. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Vegetable or peanut oil
Chicken broth
Cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Cut chicken in thin slices. Heat several tablespoons of oil in bottom of wok. Add pineapple, several dashes of salt and enough broth to cover. Cook 1 minute. Add chicken and cornstarch, diluted in water to make a thick paste, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
