SHOESTRING BEET SALAD | |
1 can shoestring beets 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. crushed pineapple 1 1/4 c. white vinegar 2 c. raspberry jello 1/2 c. walnuts (optional) Drain the liquid from the beets and pineapple. Save liquid. Prepare jello using liquids for cold liquid. Cool jello slightly then add other ingredients. Chill. |
