WELSH RAREBIT 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. beer
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine and melt everything together in a small double boiler. Serve on toast.
