CRISPY BAKED BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter, melted

Oven at 375 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, brown sugar, chili powder, dry mustard, celery seed and cayenne. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush each chicken piece with melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture to coat.

Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish (pan). Sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven about 50 minutes or until tender. Do not turn. Makes 6 servings.
