GOURMET STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/4 lb. deli ham, sliced very thin
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced thin

Combine first 5 ingredients. Place a large piece of aluminum foil on the counter. Spread the meat loaf mixture onto the foil into a 16x10 inch rectangle.

Drain the thawed broccoli well. Then spread the broccoli onto the top of meat loaf mixture. Spread the sliced ham on the top of the broccoli.

Arrange the cheese on top of the ham. Using the aluminum foil as a help, roll the layered meat loaf jelly roll style. Pinch the edges. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
