STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
2 slices bread, softened with water
Salt, garlic salt & onion salt

STUFFING:

10 slices bread, torn into sm. pieces
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt, garlic salt & onion salt

PASTE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup

Mix ground chuck, egg, softened bread and seasonings in bowl. Spread mixture on waxed paper to measure 12" long and 10" wide. To make stuffing, mix bread pieces and seasonings in bowl. Melt butter in milk over medium heat. Stir into bread mixture until all bread is moistened. Spread layer of stuffing over ground chuck, then roll like jelly roll. Seal ends and place in large casserole dish. Spread paste of combined brown sugar and catsup over roll. Repeat every 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
