OVEN POT ROAST 
1 lg. roast, any kind
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. garlic salt
5 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients, except roast, thoroughly. Put roast in the middle of a large sheet of foil in an oven pan. Cup the foil and pour the mixture over the roast. Seal the foil tightly and roast for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Thicken the juice with cornstarch and water for gravy.
