LIGHT TARTAR SAUCE | |
1 c. dill pickle relish, well drained 1 c. low calorie imitation mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon (or lime) juice 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. drained capers (opt.) Combine relish, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a bowl; mix well. Stir in capers, if using. Store in refrigerator in a covered jar. Yield: makes about 2 1/2 cups. |
