SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters & juice
1 pt. half & half
1 stick butter
1/2 box crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat the oyster juice, half & half and butter; add salt and pepper. In casserole dish put a layer of crushed crackers, a layer of oysters, a layer of crackers, a layer of oysters, etc. Pour liquid over the layers and bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly hot.
