OYSTER SCALLOP 
1 1/2 c. oyster crackers
2 doz. oysters
4 lg. mushrooms
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. oyster liquid
1/4 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Reserve 1/2 cup crackers for garnish. Crumble rest of crackers and sprinkle on bottom of baking dish. Top with half of oysters and repeat. Tuck mushrooms around oysters. Decorate with crackers. Pour on butter. Combine liquid with other ingredients and pour over all. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
