CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 fryer or 3 chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds, optional
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Chop chicken and use layers of broccoli and chicken in casserole. Blend chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle almonds, cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
