STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
4 c. strawberries, whole if small, slice if large
1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant) (4 serving size)
1 box sugar-free strawberry Jello (4 serving size)
2 1/2 c. cold water

In saucepan stir together pudding mix, Jello, 2 cups water. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Cool in refrigerator until slightly thick. Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over strawberries. Chill until set. Serve whipped topping.
