EASY-AS-PIE ICE CREAM PIE | |
1 pt. strawberry ice cream 1 c. milk 1 pkg. strawberry instant pudding 1 baked 9" pie shell Blend together lightly in bowl the ice cream and milk. Add pudding and beat until just mixed, about 1 minute. Pour at once into pie shell. Let stand in refrigerator about 1 hour (keeps up to 24 hours in refrigerator). Other combinations: lemon instant pudding with pineapple ice cream; vanilla instant pudding with pistachio ice cream; vanilla instant pudding with chocolate ice cream. |
