EASY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 ready to eat pie crust
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
Fruit filling

Whip together cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar and place in pie crust. Top with fruit filling.

Tastes so much better with 2/3 cup brown sugar. Very important to mix the brown sugar and cream cheese first, then fold in the Cool Whip (to keep it fluffy). This can also be topped with shaved chocolate for variety. This is my very favorite cheese cake, and so easy I can make it (I burn water!:)
