GRILLED CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM
SAUCE
 
1 c. chopped tomato
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. diced, peeled cucumber
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients and stir. Cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, oregano, and pepper. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning frequently. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and serve with sour cream sauce. Serves 4.
