CRISPY CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. ground dry cereal (Fiber 1)

Cut butter into sugar. Blend other ingredients except chocolate and cereal. Spread into 7 1/2 x 6 inch rectangle. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

Meanwhile melt chocolate over hot water and working quickly spread over warm dough. Sprinkle with cereal. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Makes 20 squares at 50 calories each.
