1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 13x9x2 pan. Tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil. Put remaining ingredients into pan; stir with a fork until blended well. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
