POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
12 hard boiled eggs
Kraft mayonnaise

Combine potatoes, onion, celery, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Add 9 eggs, diced. Slice the remaining eggs for garnish. Add sufficient mayonnaise to make the mixture moist enough to stick together when placed on a scoop. Let stand for several hours and chill before serving. Garnish with sliced eggs and serve on crisp lettuce. Sprinkle with paprika.
