1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into 3 greased pans and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing:

8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 c. 4x sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. sour cream

Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed only. Ice each layer and sides. Top with extra nuts and mandarin oranges.
