APPLE BUTTER BUNDT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. peeled diced apples
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. apple butter
4 eggs

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2/3 tbsp. apple butter

Blend all cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour half of batter in prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half the filling and repeat these 2 layers. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan and invert on serving plate. Spoon glaze over cake.

I used black walnuts, 1/3 cup sour cream, about 2 tablespoons of oil and added 3 eggs to this cake recipe and baked it in a 13x90inch glass pan at 350°F for 30 minutes. It resembles a coffee cake and has a good consistency and very good taste. The glaze made it too sweet for my taste but the hubby likes it. Next time i will glaze only half for those who don't want that much sugar. Thanks for the recipe!
