1 c. flour
1/3 c. plain cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in order listed and mix with wire whisk. Bake in ungreased 8x8 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
