FISH EGG CAKES | |
2-3 cups fish eggs 1 egg 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt pepper, to taste Remove eggs from membrane or sack. Don't wash. Add eggs, flour and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and drop like small pancakes in medium hot oil or shortening. Turn several times or until brown or well done. |
