(NO EGGS) CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift dry ingredients, add rest and beat by hand. Bake in ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
