ZUCCHINI BARS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini

Cream together the sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, and zucchini. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Add nuts last. Spread on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
