CRUMB CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

(If cake mix contains pudding, omit pudding.) Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon (do not use electric beater or mixer). Pour into 12 x 18 inch pan, well greased. Sprinkle crumb topping on and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

TOPPING:

3 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
3 sticks butter

Mix together with fork or hands until small crumbs are formed. Sprinkle on cake before baking.
