LEMON CRUMB PIE 
Graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. whipped topping
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. lemon pudding (instant)
2 c. strawberries, sliced

Prepare graham cracker crust and put in 9 to 10 inch pan or pie plate; cover with strawberries (1 cup). Mix cream cheese with sugar and 1/2 of the whipped topping (1 1/2 cups). Spread on topping, mix pudding, milk and other half of topping and layer on top. Garnish with 1 cup strawberries.
