COUNTRY PORK RIBS | |
Boneless pork country ribs 1 Bullseye (or any brand) hot bar-b-que sauce 1 Lawry's Honey Dijon sauce Lg. roasting pan Ribs: Cut off as much fat as possible. Cook ribs in covered roaster at 500 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour to get rid of remaining fat. Drain juice and fat. Mix sauces. Pour over ribs - covering all parts. Cook at 300 degrees for at least 2 hours. If sauce seems to be getting too thick, add a little water and turn oven down to 275 or 250 degrees. Don't let them get dry. Check every once in awhile and turn them. |
