COUNTRY PORK RIBS
Boneless pork country ribs
1 Bullseye (or any brand) hot bar-b-que sauce
1 Lawry's Honey Dijon sauce
Lg. roasting pan

Ribs: Cut off as much fat as possible. Cook ribs in covered roaster at 500 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour to get rid of remaining fat. Drain juice and fat.

Mix sauces. Pour over ribs - covering all parts. Cook at 300 degrees for at least 2 hours. If sauce seems to be getting too thick, add a little water and turn oven down to 275 or 250 degrees. Don't let them get dry. Check every once in awhile and turn them.
