COUNTRY RIBS (BLACK PORK) 
3-4 lbs. country pork ribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown ribs and place in roasting pan. Combine soy sauce, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, pepper and chili powder. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 to 50 minutes longer.
