SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. onion soup mix (dry)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Form into balls and roll in 1/3 cup flour and 1 teaspoon paprika. Brown in 1/4 cup butter. When well browned, put meatballs in 3 quart casserole and add 1 cup mushrooms and juice, 1 can of chicken soup and 1 2/3 cup water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
