1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt (pepper & garlic to taste)
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. allspice
A few drops of Tabasco
Sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. oil

Combine and shape into walnut size balls. Saute until brown.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sour cream
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
