MEATBALLS WITH SOUR CREAM | |
3 slices bread, crumbled 1/4 c. milk 1 lb. ground meat Chopped onion 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. sour cream Combine bread and milk and let stand 10 minutes. Add meat, onions, salt and pepper. Form into balls, brown and place in casserole. Pour sour cream over them. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
