SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
8 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix and form into balls.

SAUCE:

1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place meatballs in 2 quart casserole and spoon sauce over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
