SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. mild - 1 can cream of chicken soup
Noodles or rice

Mix beef, sour cream, onion soup mix, crumbs and egg together in large bowl. Form mixture into balls and roll in flour mixed with paprika. Heat butter in large skillet and brown meatballs. Blend cream of chicken soup and milk together, and pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice for 8.

Another method would be to brown the meatballs in the oven and continue to cook with the soup mixture to finish. This will take a little longer.
