SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk

Mix hamburger, sour cream, onion soup mix, crumbs and egg together in large bowl. Form mixture into balls and roll in flour mixed with paprika. Heat butter in large skillet and brown meatballs. Blend cream of chicken soup and milk together; pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
