WHITE COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. When taken out of oven, poke holes in top of cake with meat fork, about 500 holes. Pour can of evaporated milk over cake. Shake cake to spread milk evenly. Let cool. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
