BANANA CREAM MILKSHAKE... A DIETERS DREAM! | |
Use a blender to create a delicious creamy, icy and thick milkshake. Its a great way to get some much needed calcium in your diet. 2 1/2 cups ice 1 cup 2% milk (130 calories) 1 tub French vanilla yogurt (Yoplait light; 100 cal) sugar substitute, to taste (0 cal) 1 or 2 large bananas (chunked) (1 banana is 60 cal) 1 tsp. vanilla extract Start with the ice, milk, yogurt and sugar substitute and blend to break down the ice. Next add your bananas and give a quick pulse. Last add the vanilla and stir in. Enjoy! Makes 2 to 3 servings. Submitted by: Ms. Nicole Smith |
