GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
1 pkg. graham crackers (36 to 40)
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Melt butter and sugar together. Boil 2 minutes (no longer). Place separated graham crackers on cookie sheets. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour butter-sugar mixture over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove immediately to aluminum foil to cool.
