TEX-MEX DIP 
2 c. bean dip
3 med. avocados, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1 lg. can sliced ripe olives, drained
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Tortilla chips

Spread bean dip in 9x13 inch dish. Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Spread avocado mixture over bean dip.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in bowl; mix well. Spread over avocado layer. Layer tomatoes, onion, olives and cheese over sour cream mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
