1 round steak, approximately 2 1/2 pounds
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sm. onion

Put steak, soup, salt, and pepper in crock pot. Cut onion into small pieces. Add 1/4 cup water. Cook on low setting for about 8 hours. Remove steak and stir gravy. Serves 4. I also use this recipe for small roasts.
