1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. cinnamon applesauce
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Pecan halves (optional)

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 9 inch pan. Beat softened cream cheese and eggs, applesauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat to blend. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cake. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Chill. Garnish with pecans. 12 to 16 servings.
