ITALIAN COOKIES 
3 eggs
6 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water or milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add milk or water and vanilla; mix well. In separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Knead until well mixed. Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool and frost with confectioners' sugar mixed with milk (to desired consistency).
