TEXAS STACK PLATTER 
1ST LAYER:

1 or 2 large cans bean dip

2ND LAYER:

3 avocados, mashed with lemon juice
Salt to taste

3RD LAYER:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed

4TH LAYER:

2 or 3 tomatoes, diced and drained well

5TH LAYER:

Chopped green onions, (tops and bottoms)
Black olives, chopped

6TH LAYER:

Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread layers in order given on very large plate or platter. Serve with tortilla chips.
